Online toolbar in autocad 2013

Edit Subject

Why can't i use the onlinetoolbar in autocad 2013? the buttons don't work.
And i am logged in with my Autodesk 360 account.

for example :

_OpenOnline Unknown command "OPENONLINE". Press F1 for help.

I hope someone can help me.

The command is removed inthis version. Reques HELP command.
